Why choose Uplifting Rentals?

Besides our competitive pricing, Uplifting Rentals sets itself apart from the competition. Our business manager has completed advanced training from Safe Inflatables Operators Training Organization (SIOTO), the premier certifier in the US. He has also trained our other drivers with those same principles. In addition to that certification, we’re fully insured so you can relax and enjoy the festivities of your event! We can easily accommodate 20 parties or events in a day and we’re also looking for ways to improve. You can rest assured we can handle your event. Finally, we clean and disinfect all of our rented units weekly.

What type of parties and events do you provide inflatable Rides and Games for?

Whether you’re planning a large festival for your company, community, school, or religious organization or a small backyard party, Uplifting Rentals provides fun rides and equipment for every occasion. Our experienced Event Services Team can assist in planning your event.

How much electricity do I need?

Our inflatable rides and games are inflated using a fully enclosed electric blower unit that is powered by a standard 110 volt, 20 AMP, three-prong electrical outlet. Each blower draws roughly 8-12 Amps (1,000 -1,100w) and some larger units use multiple blowers. Electricity is needed within 50 feet of the inflatable. These motors run constantly to keep the unit inflated so constant ample power will be required.

Concession equipment should not be placed on the same power source. The units are powered by a standard 110 volt, 20 AMP, three-prong electrical outlet. Each machine requires between 7-11 Amps (900-1,300w).

Uplifting Rentals LLC supplied generators may only be used to power Uplifting Rentals LLC equipment. A generator may be used to power the units if sufficient outlets/power is not available. Please see the add-ons page of our website for pricing.

How far in advance should I place my reservation?

For your convenience, the fastest way to reserve your party or event equipment is through our website www.upliftingrentals.com. Please make your reservations as soon as possible. All of our Rides and Games are very popular and often booked weeks and even months in advance. The sooner you call, the more likely you are to be able to obtain the item you want.

What form of payment do you accept?

Deposits must be paid with a credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The remaining balance may be paid using a Business Check or with a credit or debit card. If a Business Check covers the full amount of the rental, the deposit on the card will be refunded once the check has cleared our bank. For the safety of our delivery drivers, beginning January 2020, we will no longer be accepting cash payments.

Do you offer multi-unit discounts?

In short, yes, we offer multi-unit discounts and promotions. For our generic discounts, check out our Specials page. If you have specific questions, about other discounts we may be able to provide, give us a call (678-582-2050) or send an e-mail (info@upliftingrentals.com) with the details.

What type of ground surfaces can you set-up on?

We can set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, or concrete. We can not set up on any sort of gravel.

In addition, slopes are unsuitable for use with inflatables. Our drivers will have the right of refusal if your surface slope is significant enough to pose a safety threat. If this happens, services will be considered rendered and payment will still be required.

If possible, all inflatables and tents should be staked into the ground for safety. If staking is not possible, weights will be required in lieu of stakes. Set-up surface conditions are the responsibility of the customer and must be identified upon placing your order. Uplifting Rentals is not responsible for damage to underground cabling and/or utilities including irrigation systems. For information regarding utility locations dial 811.

Can you set up in a park or other public location?

Yes, we can set up in a park or other public location, however, it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain proper permission and/or permits for the equipment rented. If proof of insurance is required, please allow 2-3 business days for processing requests.

How many people can play in an inflatable at one time?

Each ride has safety information located on the exterior of the ride and is the definitive source for identifying the safe operation of the ride. Safety recommendations and rules for use of the inflatable will be provided to you when your order is placed. In general, inflatable slides and obstacle courses allow one to two guests at a time. Most inflatable bouncers and combos can safely hold 4-8 guests depending on the size of the unit and the size of the riders. Adult supervision is required for safe operation of any inflatable unit.

Are your inflatables safe and clean?

Yes. Our inflatables are constructed with quality and safety in mind! All of our units are constructed from commercial grade vinyl with double stitching. All of the materials are fire retardant. The windows of the bounces are made of specially designed mesh netting, which allows for easy viewing and minimizes the chances of getting entangled.

All of our inflatables are inspected, cleaned, and disinfected after every rental. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, healthy, and safe environment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at any point prior to the day of your event are eligible for a rain check good for 1 year from the date of the canceled event.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking can be granted a full refund.

After your 24-hour window has passed, your deposit is not refundable, but any amount paid above your deposit may be refunded at your request.

Any refunds provided are in lieu of the rain check option.

Inside of 48 hours before the scheduled event date, any amount paid over the required minimum deposit will no longer be refundable either, but will still be allowed a rain check.

Cancellations on the day of the event will result in a forfeiture of all payments. In addition, services will be considered rendered and full payment will be due.

Uplifting Rentals reserves the right to refuse service due to inclement weather. For dry only units, this means a greater than 70% chance of rain for your zip code according to weather.com around 5-8 PM the day before your event. For any inflatable unit, wind forecasts in excess of 15 mph will also result in cancellation. If Uplifting Rentals cancels your event due to inclement weather, you will be entitled to a full refund (including your deposit) or a rain check for a future rental.

Is delivery and set-up included in the price?

Delivery and set-up of inflatables are included in our pricing for our free delivery areas. Other non-inflatable items will be delivered, but may not be set-up. We also include product removal at the end of your event.

There is a minimum order amount which must be met for your delivery. Outside of our free delivery areas (determined by zip codes), the travel fee will be assessed on top of the minimum order requirement.

Unfortunately, due to our increased expenses in delivery outside of the pre-determined free delivery areas, we are unable to waive travel fees.

Can the inflatables be set-up indoors?

Yes, our units can be set up inside or outside! Please ensure that your ceiling height will accommodate the unit of your choice. The overall height of the unit can be found on the description page of the unit you’re interested in. The inflatable must leave sufficient space around it so as not to interfere with or be affected by hot lights, fire prevention equipment, air conditioning vents, or any other fire hazard. Many gymnasiums, halls, churches, malls, or locations with sufficient height and space will do just fine.

How much time should I allow for delivery before my event begins?

Uplifting Rentals will deliver your order in advance of your event time. In instances of high volume, we may deliver up to 5 hours in advance of your event. In some cases, when our volume is especially high, we may even request to deliver or remove your rental on a different day. If we do this, you will never be charged a higher fee for the additional day; you will simply get to enjoy the unit for a longer period of time!

What should I do if I lose power or have another problem?

Interrupted power is the primary source of inflatable failures. Should the blowers provided to you stop working, immediately remove the children playing in or on it. Then check the circuit breaker to see if it has tripped. If the circuit breaker has tripped, try to identify and isolate any other equipment from the circuit before resetting the breaker.

If your blower continues to fail, call our office 678-582-2050. We will make every effort to replace your blower in a timely fashion. Please let us know if there are any concerns regarding personnel or equipment as well. In case of a real emergency, dial 911.

What are my travel fees if I'm outside of the free delivery region?

Uplifting Rentals uses an internally developed formula to determine travel fees based on zip codes. The fastest way to learn your travel fee is to input your order details; you will see the travel fee before check-out. Another option to determine if there will be a travel fee associated with your zip code would be to text us with your zip code to request what travel fee would be applied.

The price looks different now than when I first checked it, what happened?

Our website has pricing rules built-in. Once you input the event date and time, it makes the appropriate adjustments based on those rules. The initial pricing you see is based on our standard peak usage rates for a standard 8-hour rental.

All Inflatables, bounce houses, and obstacle courses, Slides, and Water Slide units are for a daily rental of 8 hours.

Additional time on the same day will result in a 15% added cost.

Additional Days rentals are 50% per day for each unit booked.

Prices are automatically calculated based on the event dates and times you input. The price you see after inputting a date is the price you pay.

**Note: Pricing is based on event schedules. Early deliveries or late pick ups will not incur additional charges.
